SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are ROCKY MOUNTAIN ESPRESSO shipping policies?
kiosksinks.com
is able to ship most of its products via standard ground, to any
where in the US, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii (which
requires special shipment arrangement). Customer is responsible
for shipping fees assigned to their purchase*, which is figured
by an average, fair market shipping rate based upon the item’s
weight. These rates are calculated by the most common shipment and
freight carriers rates and may increase or decrease at any time,
dependant upon the industry standard. Insurance for your item has
either been calculated into the shipping cost or will be purchased
by CAFÉ PRODUCTS on your behalf and for your protection,
in the appropriate amount of the purchase. Please be aware, residential
deliveries will incur an additional charge, above and beyond any
shipping rate offered on CafeProducts.com
*Shipping rates are calculated based upon delivery of goods to commercial
addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Residential deliveries
may require additional fees as per assigned by shipping or carrier
company. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, Canada and Mexico, and
any delivery addresses outside of the United States require special
rate quoting; the shipping rates found on cafeproducts.com will
not apply. Please contact your Account Manager or Customer Support
Representative for further information.
LIMITATIONS OF SHIPMENT INSURANCE & LIABILITIES
Upon delivery, the customer MUST open and inspect all items before
the shipping/delivery company departs the customer’s premises
or package is signed for. If damage is discovered, as a result of
shipment, customer is to either reject shipment or contact customer
service immediately. For your convenience, our Customer Support
can be reached during business hours at: (1-888-350-2233). If shipping
damage is discovered, the customer must contact kiosksinks.com Customer
Support before the package is signed for, otherwise customer will
be held responsible for damage.
Freight Policy (Applies to shipments above 149 lbs or in excess
of normal ground shipping dimensions)
Many of our products require freight transit. Most of our freight
items have freight charges calculated on our site; however some
of our products, specifically furniture, may require the customer
contact their Account Manager or Customer Service in order to obtain
a shipping quote. We make every effort to use a reliable and fairly
priced freight line, with each of our manufacturers. Please be aware,
residential deliveries and delivery locations without dock will
incur an additional charge, above and beyond any shipping rate offered
on CafeProducts.com
Generally, in the case where delivery locations lack docking facilities,
our freight carriers will simply unload goods and leave on doorstep.
No freight deliveries will be delivered or moved inside your location,
by the delivering company, unless special arrangements have been
made at time of goods purchase. Additional charges will apply for
inside delivery of goods. In the case where delivery has already
been made and customer requires inside delivery, customer may contact
kiosksinks.com for assistance in hiring local moving assistance.
Additional fees will apply for this service and customer is independently
responsible for all charges related to hired moving assistance,
whether kiosksinks.com hires on customers behalf, or customer hires
services independently.
Due to the nature of freight shipping, should you have any question
or concern related to your purchase, please don’t hesitate
to contact us.
DELIVERY
& INSTALLATION
Unless other arrangements are made in writing, at the time of purchase,
with a kiosksinks.com representative, all installation of purchased
goods remains the responsibility of the customer. Should the customer
themselves not wish to install their purchased product, kiosksinks.com
is generally able to locate a professional installer for the customer’s
region or location. Additional fees apply for this service and customer
is independently responsible for any charges related to third party
installations. All installations done by third party installers
are warranted by said third party; kiosksinks.com is not responsible
for the quality or assurance of any third party’s installation.
ORDERING AND INFORMATION
kiosksinks.com retains the right to change pricing at any time with
out notification. Prices on the web site are as marked, and can
only be changed or adjusted by the kiosksinks.com administrator.
Current order processing time is 24 to 72 hours; during holiday
season processing times may vary. Processing/Delivery time for custom
orders vary greatly; please contact your account manager or customer
service representative for more information. There are times where
for numerious reasons items may be delayed. Instock and drop ship
items usually ship out with in 24 to 72 house however ifyou notice
there is a delay in getting your order, and you need to get it quicker
call or email customer service to get it quicker or canel your order.
Once the order is shipped the cutomer can be charged a 25% restocking
fee to cancel the order. We are not responsivle for loss of income
or expences that occur because of delays. Items should be canceled
and ordered elsewere if you are needing the item quicker than the
processing time of CafeProducts.
ORDERING OPTIONS
kiosksinks.com employs secure transactions for your use and benefit
of online purchasing. kiosksinks.com also accepts orders via phone
and email placement, however the following conditions apply.
Online Orders
kiosksinks.com makes every effort and takes every security measure
to ensure your transaction security from within our purchasing modules,
at CafeProducts.com In order for you to purchase through cafeproducts.com,
you must create a secured online account for yourself, and all purchases
require your ability and execution of “logging in” to
said account, before purchase is able to be confirmed. For your
convenience, you may browse products and add product to your “cart”
without logging in, but you will not be able to proceed through
our online purchasing without first having created and securely
logging into your account. [We employ strict security standards.
Some users may experience errors or difficulty when creating and/or
logging into their account, as a result of their personal security
settings within their internet browser or computer. We encourage
you to contact us should you have any concern or difficulty with
your account or any other function of our website. Technically trained

Phone Orders
Should you wish to place an order with kiosksinks.com by phone,
you must speak with either your account manager and/or a Customer
Support Representative. Please be aware, your conversation may be
recorded for quality control purposes. By provided kiosksinks.com
with your credit card information, you are hereby authorizing charges
be placed against provided card account, in the amount of the total
purchase you request and have reviewed verbally with a kiosksinks.com
representative. Your card information will be used for and only
for the single/one time purchase you have requested at the time/during
transaction of your provision of credit card account information.
Your card information will not be retained on file (with the exception
of your online account, should you include your card information)
and you will therefore be required to provide credit card information
for each verbal purchase you make over the phone.

the following methods of payment. Multiple conditions and stipulations
may apply to any particular payment method; it is your responsibility
to review such conditions and choose your method of payment accordingly.
Online Purchasing Methods/Options via cafeproducts.com [our website's.]
Credit
Card - Securely submitted by customer, to online purchasing
module. This information can be retained within your account profile
for easy and convenient purchasing, should you desire to include
and save such information when creating or modifying your online
secured account. If you have any questions or concerns related to
charges or credits appearing on your credit card account, please
don’t hesitate to contact your account manager or sales representative.
Google
- We use Google checkout to process orders. Any Google orders are
bound by our terms and conditions.
Company
Check, Certified Funds and Money Order
kiosksinks.com and cafeproducts.com does not currently have options
to accept such payment methods via our online interface. However,
you may use any of these methods as payment by contacting your account
manager or customer support representative and placing your order
via phone. Should you decide to submit payment via Company Check,
your order will be placed with our manufacturers upon provision
of funds to our account, from your bank. Should you decide to submit
payment via Certified Funds and/or Money Order, we will place your
order with our manufacturers upon receipt of your payment and certification
from our bank of funds.
Terms
kiosksinks.com is an internet company and operates as one.
We only offer terms in select cases. When we do give terms,
we offer a maximum of 30 days and $1500.00. Payment past 30 days
is accessed at 3% per day. Past 90 days your account will
go into collections and you will be accessed all processing and
attorney fees plus the invoice amount and late fees.
Please
contact your account manager or customer support if you require
mailing address information.
It
is your responsibility to retain copies of all correspondence and
receipts/proof of sent funds.
You
are also encouraged to insure payments being sent via mail, for
your own protection.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact your
account manager or customer service representative within 30 days
of delivery for return authorization and instructions. We offer
a return or exchange policy on most of our products* with in 30
days of purchase and in most cases, require a 25% restocking fee,
but our return policy varies as does our range of products and if
you are concerned, you must discuss details of the return/exchange
policy with your account manager or customer service representative
before you make a purchase.
For
items returned due to manufacturer defect or error on the part of
kiosksinks.com or its representatives we offer a exchange of the
product; we will reimburse return shipping up to either a pre-determined
amount or an industry standard rate. You are responsible for packaging
and return shipping and obtaining shipping authorization and instruction
prior to initiating the return. *
For
items returned due to (the purchaser) your change of preference
or desire, whether it be related to your misunderstanding of the
product, your change of plan/use or your incorrect calculations
in most cases we will honor a refund for the amount of the product
alone (Minus Restocking Fees); you will be responsible for both
initial and return shipping charges. There is a 25% restocking fee
on all returned items, with the exception of manufacturer defect
returns*. There are no refunds on custom orders once items have
been shipped, including furniture/table tops, custom ordered sinks,
etc. kiosksinks.com retains sole discretion of return of custom
items and orders. It is your responsibility to contact and/or make
necessary arrangements with your account manager or customer support
representative and have all your questions answered before your
purchase is final. If order has been cancelled by you, prior to
custom order being presented and/or confirmed to manufacturer, we
will offer a 100% refund. Once order has been confirmed to manufacturer,
we cannot cancel or offer any return. * Returns due to manufacturer
defects will be only accepted at the time of the shipment if it
is shown from the carrier that there was an issue before the shipment
was made, otherwise any claims due will be made through the shipper.
Obtaining Return Authorization
For Returns and/or Exchanges, kiosksinks.com requires your notification
of intent and you must obtain authorization from kiosksinks.com
before you initiate return of an item(s) or we will not be able
to accept the package, should it arrive at our offices. To obtain
such authorization, please contact either your account manager or
our Customer Support Team at 1-888.350.2233.

Please consider your correspondence with your account manager or
customer service representative carefully when obtaining the return
authorization, as we will not honor manufacturer refunds or exchanges
on items returned that are damaged in excess of original description,
whether that damage be incurred during return shipping (in transit
back to us) due to your improper re-packaging or failure to purchase
proper shipping insurance, or a miscommunication, you will only
be refunded for the items not damaged beyond your initial description
or return agreement. Further, if your item is being returned as
a result of our error, we will only honor a refund or exchange if
item(s) are received from you undamaged and complete (not missing
any parts).
WARRANTIES
kiosksinks.com will honor all manufacturer warranties provided by
the manufacturer, done by the manufacturer. In order for the manufacturer
of your item to honor your warranty, you must go through kiosksinks.com,
as the manufacturer will not recognize your purchase/warranty should
you attempt to go to them directly. You may contact Customer Support
or your Account Manager for warranty details and/or to file a claim.
Unfortunately, kiosksinks.com cannot be responsible for any product
defects or concerns not met by the manufacturer. However, should
you not be satisfied with your purchase or any warranty work provided
by your item’s manufacturer, we will do our best, as your
liaison, to work with the manufacturer in effort to provide results
as you expect.
If
your item is received with damage or defect, please do not use the
item(s) in a faulty condition, as it may cause greater damage or
defect thus resulting in the manufacturer warranty becoming void
or altered. Further, no manufacturer warranty will be honored if
an item is used for any purpose beyond or contrary to its intended,
published purpose, or where there is specific user abuse.

will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements; nor
does kiosksinks.com (or any of our affiliates) make any warranty
as to the results that may be obtained from the use of kiosksinks.com
(or any of our affiliates) or as to the accuracy or reliability

affiliates). No advice or information, whether oral or written obtained

kiosksinks.com will not be liable in anyway for any injury that
happens because of manufacturer defects or normal use of the product
purchased from or any product given or provided by CafeProducts.com
Deposits made for custom/special ordered products will be retained
by kiosksinks.com if the customer chooses not to accept the product
or wants to return the product. Once the customer confirms the custom/special
order, the custom/special details of the ordered product and all
payment information, thus completes the transactional process the
customer herein out is responsible for the full payment amount of
the custom ordered product. If the customer fails to pay the remainder
of the invoice within 30 days of being notified of completion of
the order, kiosksinks.com will be entitled to retain the deposit
for the order and have the merchandise from the order become property
of kiosksinks.com. The only exception to this is if the ordered
product is defective, in this instance cafeproducts.com will exchange
the product with a duplicate or if a duplicate is unavailable a
similar product under recommendations from kiosksinks.com.
“Note:
Most furniture, product carts, stands, or kiosks and some sinks
are considered “custom/special” orders.”
All
forms of transactions are bound by these rules and obligations.
